 I offer therapy aimed at providing a supportive and non judgemental space in which difficulties can be shared and different ways of viewing them and approaching them can be explored.

In this way people are able to connect to inner strengths, gain confidence and relate to life in new ways. 

I work with adults, adolescents and families.
 I have many years of experience in the teaching of meditation, relaxation and mindfulness and am able to teach these to individuals and groups in different settings or to help clients to learn to use these methods to help them cope with stress and to gain more enjoyment from life. 

Hours: 8am - 7pm

R680 Individual session
R720 Interview & counselling with more than 1 person
R750 Home visit
