Quantum Energy Coach, Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (or TRE®) & Fascia Release I run a successful Health and Wellness practice in Cape Town specialising in three stress releasing techniques. I provide clients with a new awareness of how they can better manage the inevitable stress that they deal with. Tension Release Exercise, Fascia Release Therapy and Quantum Energy Coaching all offer clients a fresh way of dealing with stress – be it old or current. The techniques are all body-based; meaning that minimal “talk” therapy is required. Clients find this body-based approach helpful and willingly engage in the process.

I have 25 years of experience in education where I focused on providing support to learners of all ages and educators. Consequently, I have a keen understanding of the stress that school children experience, making me especially successful when working with children and teenagers.
